Books from a New Perspective.

I hope I never take a look.
Into a page of a book.
For I have heard something absurd:
I probably couldn't read a word.
For once I had a library book.
And I hung it on a hook.
It ripped in half.
My mom won't laugh.
Cause I was in trouble with library staff.
I had to get reading out of my mind.
So I went to school and pressed rewind.
You should have seen what that had made.
It brought my reading to first grade.
And ever since I only mutter
And now and then I kind of stutter.
But wouldn't you think that if in school you were bored
You should get the remote and press fast-forward?
So never again will I read a word.
Because of the story that you just heard.
